Pointless Paul is on a mission to challenge the economic valuation of nature compared to real estate or other artificial assets. The idea of pricing nature’s services per square meter such as the value of rain, oxygen production, or marine ecosystems suggests a shift to placing higher economic value on ecosystem services, potentially outpricing even luxury real estate or urban land.
